Vanvitelli B&B was born in 2006 in a comfortable 130 sqm apartment located on the fourth floor of a condominium building. There is an elevator available for guests. Breakfast, the use of the refrigerator, the television and the change of the bath-linen every three days are included in the price. Guests can have breakfast in the well fitted kitchen. The kitchen can be used exclusively for the preparation of breakfast. Our rooms Our rooms, all equipped with hairdryer, air conditioners, free internet access, bottles of shampoo shower, LED TV. We have: 1 "Family Room" with balcony and bathroom for exclusive use not inside the room, ideal for large families, can accommodate up to 3 adults and 2 children; 1 "Double Room - Single Beds" with balcony and bathroom for exclusive use not inside the room; 1 "Triple Room" with en suite bathroom that can accommodate up to 3 people. Parking possibilities: - Motorbikes and bicycles can park for free in a garage of manager's property. - The car can be parked alternatively: 1) under the house, in the street, on white stripes, free of charge. 2) under the house, on the street, on blue stripes, at a cost of only € 0. 60 from Friday to Sunday and holidays from 8 to 14 and from 16 to 24. From Monday to Thursday excluding holidays, from 8 to 14 and from 16 to 21 cost €0. 60 per hour. 3) at 750 m there is the San Carlo Park, a paid secure car park with video surveillance and the presence of a 24-hour guardian. Notes In winter, the central heating system starts working from November 15th, automatically, for 9 hours a day. There is no possibility of early ignition. In the house it's strictly forbidden to smoke. It is possible to do this on the balcony of the kitchen or on the balcony (if present) of the chosen room. Armando will welcome guests in his home and will give them all the informations they need. It's not allowed to welcome other guests than those registered during the check-in phase and regularly communicated to the police headquarters. Mobility Thanks to its location, our structure is perfect for visiting the main attractions of the city. The train station is 1. 5 km away and can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. The Royal Palace of Caserta can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The Belvedere of San Leucio can be reached by car in 15 minutes. The medieval village of Casertavecchia can be reached by car in 20 minutes. It's possible to pay by credit card too.
